Are you looking to showcase your products to an engaged, community-minded audience? 

We're currently accepting vendor applications for the upcoming 3081 Hope Winter Market
being held on 30th August at Rosanna Baptist Church in Heidelberg Heights.

 

Event Overview
  • Date: Saturday, 30th August 2025

  • Trading Hours: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

  • Setup Time: From 7:00 AM or evening before by arrangement

  • Location: Rosanna Baptist Church, 5 Waiora Rd, Heidelberg Heights 3081

Available Stall Options
  • Small indoor site: 2 x 1.7 trestle tables - $35

  • Large indoor site: 3 x 1.7 trestle tables - $50

  • Outdoor site: 3m x 3m - $40

  • Food Trucks: $50

  • Large outdoor site: 6m x 6m - price available upon request

  • $10 reduction for returning stall holders

  • BYO tables and setup

 

Food Vendor Sites
  • Power provided for Indoor sites

  • Outdoor sites: BYO generator

  • Health permit required

Vendor Requirements:
  • Public liability insurance

  • Quality products that align with our market values

  • Professional presentation

  • Commitment to the full market day

  • Own cash float and payment facilities

 

Application Process:
  1. Complete the vendor application form

  2. Submit photos of your products and setup

  3. Provide insurance details

  4. Pay stall fee upon approval

 

Deadline: Monday 17 August 2025

Application and Payment required to secure your stall.

Applications will be confirmed at time of payment

unless otherwise agreed.​​​​​
