3081 Hope seeks to make a difference in the lives of people in the 3081 locality of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. We are an inclusive organisation that provides support to everyone - including people with disabilities, First Nations people, gender diverse individuals, refugees and people with other cultural/religious backgrounds.
Our mission is to empower and uplift everyone in the 3081 area to thrive in their personal and professional lives. Our objectives will be achieved through the provision of community support services for disadvantaged individuals and families principally residing within the 3081 community.
The first initiative we have introduced is the Skillz4women Program, where we assist women who wish to enter the workforce by accepting referrals and applications from local community organisations.
Whether returning to work, starting from scratch or partway through their career journey, we will evaluate requests and provide whatever assistance we can.
3081 Hope may provide financial aid to eligible people, while our Skillz4Women mentors assist with:

Individually supporting women to find a role suited for them in the workforce
