Meet the 3081 Hope Team
Kathryn Green
Director: Board Chair
Kathryn is a MBA qualified digital technology professional and member of AICD. She is committed to empowering women via the programs of 3081 Hope and ensuring the Board is managed effectively and efficiently.
Richard Dickins
Director: Company Secretary and Treasurer
Richard has been involved in the management and governance of various charity organisations for 35 years, and is currently on the Boards of three charitable organisations in addition to 3081 Hope. He is passionate about providing people with the opportunity to use their gifts and skills to reach their full potential.
Fiona Waters
Director
Fiona has been involved in the management and governance of various not-for-profit charitable organisations in multiple sectors, including disability.
Fiona is currently Secretary at Rosanna Baptist Church and Treasurer of a charitable community choir.
Melissa Enticott
Director: Founder
Melissa has long campaigned for the empowerment of disadvantaged women and is the driving force of 3081 Hope.
David Enticott
Director
David enjoys living in the 3081 community and is the minister of the Rosanna Baptist Church. He has worked
for a number of years as a Baptist minister and chaplain.
His hobbies include writing, music and AFL football.
